Junior Financial Controller

Necomplus, part of Asecco South Eastern Europe Group, is looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join the Controlling team in Spain! This is a brand new position, so you will have the opportunity to make an impact and develop your own ideas.

Responsibilities

• Participate in budgeting and forecasting process
• Input / import data into reporting systems, check and identify anomalies, track correction
• Calculate variances from the budget and participate in interpreting results
• Prepare ad-hoc reports to support decision making
• Participate in integrated financial reporting and deliver actuals data from ERP to group reporting system
• Coordinate with the Accounting setup of ERP system to assure consistency with Group requirements
• Prepare regular and non-regular analysis and explanations on request of Group Controlling
• Be part of Group Controlling organization, share experiences and cooperate with a team of experienced Financial Controllers across SEE region

About You

Education: Degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• 1-2 Years of relevant experience
• Planning, budgeting and cost control principles knowledge; IFRS knowledge
• Knowledge of complex reporting structures including finance and accounting principles, budgeting and analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or CCH Tagetik will be a strong advantage
• Effectively plans and organizes activities
• Problem-solving attitude
• Sets own goals, prioritizes work, and delivers objectives
