Our team is growing fast and we are looking for a Junior Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join us in an entry level position in our headquarters in Madrid, working in the Human Resources team.
Your Responsibilities:
Support the payroll in Spain, Germany, France, and Italy.
Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports related to costs, salaries, or benefits.
Prepare employee registrations, employee terminations as well as handle administrative aspects (training, flexible remuneration, and other labour issues).
Take part in different key HR projects.
Build long-lasting relationships with internal stakeholders.
Be the contact point for employers and offer them day-to-day support and be ready to solve any issues related to pay and benefits.
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law and/or a Master’s Degree in Human Resources.
6 months - 1 year of experience working in compensation and benefits.
Solid knowledge of Excel.
Excellent level of English (C2). German, Italian, French, or any other European languages would be an advantage.
Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced and international environment.
Passionate about Human Resources.
