Position Overview :

Userguest is a Venture Capital-backed company providing innovative solutions to independent, boutique, hotel groups and hotel chains. Userguest’s software helps hotels improve their website performance and better convert their visitors into bookings. As Userguest accelerates its growth, we are seeking the ideal candidate to join our Customer Success team – EMEA based. The candidate must have experience in hospitality, account management, customer support, and hotel technology. Eager candidates will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and video calls to provide either proactive and reactive support, performance visibility and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement, applying company guidelines and best practices.
  • Act as the main point of contact throughout the customer engagement.
  • Actively identify customer challenges and suggest better solutions.
  • Act as a customer’s trusted advisor and partner!
  • Contribute to Customer Success thought leadership and share our best practices and feedback across the organization to continuously improve our approach.

Requirements :

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (German is not a must, but definitely a plus).
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Tech profile with a good understanding of e-commerce technical concepts: tracking solutions, Google Tag Manager, and website scripts.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing is essential!
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in supporting a SaaS product is essential.
  • Experience working for a Booking engine, RMS, PMS, or Channel manager would be a big plus.
