Role Overview
As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will guide customers through the initial stages of Orquest setup and implementation, focusing on driving time-to-value and meeting delivery timeframes. Your primary responsibility will be integrating and configuring the customer's data into the Orquest solution. During and after post-implementation, you will work closely with our Project Manager and Customer Success team to assist customers with technical queries.
