ERP Administrator (f / m / d)

Responsibilities:

• Administration, maintenance and further development of the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Support and monitoring of interfaces between the ERP system and other systems
• Management of user accounts, authorizations and access rights
• Creation and maintenance of system documentation and user manuals
• Support for system users with technical questions and problems
• Planning and implementation of updates, system maintenance and performance optimizations
• Collaboration with external partners and service providers

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the administration of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, is desirable
• Sound knowledge in the configuration and customization of ERP systems
• Basic knowledge of MS PowerPlatform is an advantage
• Technical understanding of databases, interfaces (e.g. Microsoft OData) and IT infrastructure
• You are characterized by a proactive way of working, strong problem-solving skills and team spirit
