Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jefe de Rango located in Andratx. The Jefe de Rango will oversee and manage their assigned area, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Taking and delivering orders
• Managing reservations
• Coordinating with kitchen and bar staff
• Handling guest inquiries and complaints

The role requires effective team supervision and communication to maintain high standards of service and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant service, guest interaction, and dining operations
• Strong team leadership and supervisory skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
• Proficiency in handling reservations and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus
• Experience in luxury or high-standard hospitality environments is beneficial
