About the role

We are looking for a Java Developer to help build robust, scalable platforms. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Java to design, develop, and optimize high-performance software solutions.

Main responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the team to optimize the Fixed Income (Rates) electronic trading platform.
2. Develop and maintain service-oriented, multi-tiered, and microservices applications.
3. Focus on performance tuning and low-latency Java programming.
4. Apply knowledge of financial derivatives and financial services.
5. Implement best practices for security, ensuring that financial data is protected, and applications comply with regulatory standards.
6. Write efficient, scalable Java code to handle high volumes of transactions or data, ensuring low-latency processing and real-time capabilities for financial operations.
7. Develop and optimize systems for processing and analyzing large sets of financial data, enabling real-time decision-making and reporting.

About You:

1. C1+ Written and spoken English level.
2. 7+ years of Java development experience, including expertise in service-oriented, multi-tiered, and microservices applications.
3. Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, with proficiency in Java, Spring, TDD, DBs, UNIX/LINUX.
4. Experience with low-latency systems and performance tuning.
5. Knowledge of financial derivatives (e.g., rates) is a plus.
