The Product Company of Zaragoza (Spain), Competence Center for Portable Power and Flow Solutions is seeking new talents!
At Portable Power and Flow we develop energy efficient solutions with hybridation, cleaner technologies, digital connectivity and customer care, aiming to build a sustainable future across our four product ranges: mobile generators, energy storage systems, light towers, and portable and industrial pumps, that serve a wide range of industries like construction, mining, events, dewatering, rental, food and beverage, healthcare, wastewater, and biogas, among others.
We have an ambitious digital projects pipeline within the Product Company Zaragoza and are looking for an IT Support Specialist to support the company in its digital transformation journey.

Reporting to the Digitalization Team Lead at Product Company Zaragoza, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting process digitalization aligned with divisional and Business Area strategies.
- Providing IT operations support for Product Company Zaragoza.
- Offering onsite IT services, collaborating with Group IT.
- Researching, evaluating and implementing innovative technologies to maintain operational competitiveness.
- Participating in the IT Project Management Office (PMO) team.
- Assisting the Digitalization Team Lead with new initiatives and digitalization projects.
- Ensuring smooth daily local operations and responding promptly to incidents.
- Managing and resolving service desk incidents related to key/global applications.
- Delivering second-level Service Desk support for desktop and infrastructure incidents when required.
- Driving continuous improvement by implementing standards aimed at increasing efficiency.
Educational Requirements- Bachelor's degree in IT (software development specialization), engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (software and applications development, functional specification definition, systems, and technology implementation and integration).
Knowledge/Experience- Cloud Infrastructure architecture design (Microsoft Azure).
- Software Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Microsoft DevOps knowledge (repositories, pipelines, and artifacts).
- Applications Monitoring and high-level support for global applications.
- Cloud Cost Controlling and invoicing.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) Knowledge (generative/computer vision) is an advantage.
- Applications Delivery Service and software quality assurance (QA) process.
- Project Management experience, with experience in industrial environments as a plus.
- Smartphone usage (Android & Apple) for basic end-user support.
- Windows 11 Client.
- Office 365.
- Windows Server 2022 Administration (User and Printing services management).
- End-user hardware support knowledge.
- Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
