IT Senior Project Manager (Business Application Rebranding) (HA-34357948) Barcelona, Spain

At Huxley, we are currently seeking an IT Senior Project Manager with 8-10 years of experience in IT to lead a rebranding initiative for our business applications. This project has become necessary due to a recent corporate separation and aims to establish a new, cohesive brand identity for our suite of applications.

Duration : 6 months + extension (2-year project)

Context : Branding of the business applications in the global company due to separation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Establish a common timeline for all projects.
• Formalize the scope (in / out) for each application.
• Develop and maintain an activity plan, tracking spend per application.
• Coordinate with application owners and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and within budget.
• Manage risks and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders (both business and digital).
• Propose and implement mitigation plans to resolve issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the business internal project manager and business owner, specifically the Brand Head.

Requirements :

• 10 years of experience in IT.
• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in business applications.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Location : Based in Spain 100% remote work with the possibility of occasional visits.

Team : 50 to 60 people from all over the globe.

Start Date : Beginning of April
