This position can be located anywhere in Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Malaysia or India.

JOB SUMMARY
At Dormer Pramet, IT is positioned as a trusted technology partner and efficient service provider to the business. The IT Operation Service Lead plays a pivotal role in completing the IT service cycle. This position is integral in overseeing product performance, enhancing product quality, and ensuring the proper development and adherence to service governance. This role is part of the IT Management Team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
PROFILE
Degree in a relevant field and previous experience as an IT Operations Service Lead would be an advantage.
Possess strong business acumen with a customer-centric approach.
10+ years of experience in IT, encompassing IT solution maintenance, support, service delivery, and product management.
Proficient in agile methodologies with a strong execution capability.
Familiarity with ITIL is advantageous.
