We are looking for an IT eCommerce Manager to improve Loewe's digital customer experience and omnichannel revenue, ensure the best architectural and technical patterns across all developed solutions, and facilitate the coordination of Digital/eCommerce project dependencies with other IT departments and teams.

This role will be part of the IT team at LOEWE HQ, based in Madrid, and will work very closely with the Business Omnichannel LOEWE team and development partners.

Profile

Your role will be:

  • Build, coordinate, arbitrate, and communicate along with the Business team on the global Digital/eCommerce roadmap.
  • Continuously improve delivery and RUN organization within the Digital Delivery Team, mainly through Agile methodology.
  • Globally empower the IT Digital/eCommerce team by guaranteeing IT operational excellence on the RUN of the eCommerce platform, including Catalog and Editorial animation, Basket, order and post-order management, Special events handling (special communication campaigns, flash sales), High expectations on back-end and Web performance, and Coordination/securization on all Releases and activations.
  • Collect and understand IT requirements and/or IT impacts of Business requirements.
  • Co-lead and deliver, with the Business team and development partners, the Digital/eCommerce projects.
  • Lead and deliver the pure IT projects or specific IT aspects of more global projects.
  • Fine-tune monitoring, tracking, and risk handling on all projects in responsibility.
  • Manage technical and contractual relationships with main technical/delivery partners and third parties around the Digital/Ecommerce ecosystem.

IT expertise

  • Guarantee a high-level view and authority on proper and best IT architecture on all projects and platforms handled.
  • Ability to efficiently identify and attract highly skilled Digital IT profiles.
  • Push towards “best in class” IT practices: security, scalability, performance, automation on critical processes, low technical debt.
  • Stay tuned on the “state of the art” of Digital IT solutions and best practices.

What is important for the role:

  • 10+ years of experience working as an IT project and team manager with a track record on major project delivery.
  • Strong leadership, especially around technical teams and profiles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both with business and tech-oriented people.
  • Teams and Projects management, especially within Agile SCRUM context.
  • Very strong experience and knowledge of IT systems and requirements within Digital/eCommerce architectures.
  • Explicit experience/knowledge on the “SalesForce Commerce Cloud” platform would be a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English; French would be a plus.
  • Experience with Atlassian, especially Jira and Confluence would be a plus.
