Position: IT, Cyber & Business Continuity Risk Analyst
Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) is looking for an IT, Cyber & Business Continuity Risk Analyst, based in our BOADILLA DEL MONTE (HEADQUARTERS) office.

Responsibilities:
- Provide independent oversight over Technology, Cyber-Security, and Business Continuity risks and controls across the SCIB platform.
- Contribute to the ongoing success of the IT, Cyber & BCP risk management program and associated activities.
- Coordinate and define key components of the IT, Cyber & BCP risk program and drive the implementation of initiatives.
- Monitor emerging IT and Cyber risks, assess the potential impact to the organization, recommend a response, and monitor the status of the action plans.
- Participate in IT, Cyber & BCP risk & controls maturity assessments and perform analysis on framework components.
- Ensure full scope of IT, Cyber, and BCP risks are properly managed, collaborating with Group 2LoD initiatives and projects.
- Oversee IT, Cyber & BCP risk profile across Global Platform, branches, and subsidiaries.
- Identify transformational projects and monitor until they go into production.
- Oversee internal and external audits (SOX), recommendations, independent testing, etc.
- Automate risk management processes and generate consolidated information dashboards.
Experience: 2 years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, or related field; post-graduate degree a plus.
Skills & Knowledge:
- IT certifications (CISA, CRISC, CISM, cloud certifications) will be highly valued.
- Knowledge about typical IT and Cyber processes and controls (asset management, obsolescence, patching, SDLC, change management, project management, vulnerability identification, incident management, and response).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms.
- Process automation and dashboard creation.
- Advanced English proficiency.
