The Role
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire change management process within our organization, ensuring that all changes to IT services and infrastructure are implemented efficiently while minimizing disruptions to business operations. This role requires a thorough understanding of ITIL principles and best practices, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with various teams across the organization. You as our Change Management Expert will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability and reliability of our IT environment, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our change management processes.
