The role:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in our Barcelona headquarters. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving recruitment efforts for our European offices, including our location in French Guiana.
Position activities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes across the GTD Group locations.
- Source candidates through online platforms, including LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, especially those with expertise in the French market.
- Identify the best talent to meet GTD's needs, managing a high volume of selection processes.
- Conduct interviews and provide strategic guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities, including interview notes and related documentation.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to strengthen our candidate pipeline.
- Continuously improve the hiring process to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment KPIs and report insights to the talent team.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives.
- Support the HR department with internal communication efforts and corporate events organization, ensuring cohesive messaging and engaging company-wide initiatives.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management, Economics, Psychology or similar.
- 3 years professional experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a Tech / Engineering industry.
- Office advanced user.
- Experience in dealing with hiring managers.
- Experience in managing a high volume of selection processes.
- Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Spanish (mother tongue) and high English level (minimum B2).
Nice to have:
- French proficiency.
- French Market Knowledge would be an asset.
