Job Purpose

As an Inside Sales with native-level proficiency in French, you will drive sales growth by actively engaging with potential clients and other industry professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and develop relationships that lead to product specifications and sales. You will generate qualified leads for the sales team and provide valuable support by delivering detailed specifications.

This position requires a combination of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Create leads (warm leads to be handed over to Sales).
  • Send brochures/price books to leads/customers.
  • Maintain high levels of Data Quality in MyXRM.
  • Manage pipeline (filling MyXRM).
  • Manage event leads.

Support

  • Create IPI Specifications.
  • Create Opportunities in My-XRM.
  • Create new customer accounts in MyXRM.
  • Manage opportunities.

Experience and Education

  • Higher education, either higher degree, university, or vocational training.
  • More than 5 years of previous experience in the Customer Service department.

Languages

  • Native French.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
