Multi-Lingual recruitment company based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Sliema, Malta. We are specialized in recruiting Scandinavians, Dutch, German, and Finnish to various positions around Europe. The Role

• Take responsibility over the Staff Management 40%, Organization 30% and Reporting 30%
• Monitor and report team performance
• Provide feedback to newly hired agents on their individual performance to improve and motivate their daily work
• Track each newly hired agent’s training and training needs to improve technical and phone communication skills
• Motivate as a team leader by controlling turnover and retaining potential and motivated team members
• Request assistance from management / HR Department / Quality team for any of the tasks
• Manage all disciplinary issues effectively (with oral warnings and requesting HR for written ones)
• Request management to hire new agent(s) either to substitute or to complete the team using concrete metrics

Ideal Profile

• Native/fluent level proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish languages, fluency in written and spoken English (B2)
• Proactive and persistent, willing to make numerous phone calls and engage with clients to close deals
• Self-motivated and driven, capable of meeting targets independently
• Initiative-driven mindset with a focus on getting tasks done efficiently
• Strong sales orientation and desirable previous experience in sales
