Senior Full-Stack Digital Marketing Developer

Optimanova is an international digital marketing agency based in Puerto de la Cruz in Tenerife, which was founded over 10 years ago by former Google employees.

As a certified Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising Partner, we execute and manage successful campaigns in more than 10 languages for both national and international clients.

We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Full-Stack Digital Marketing Developer to join our growing team. You will leverage your expertise in both front-end and back-end development to create innovative solutions that drive user engagement and achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Work with our team of project managers to define and develop specific landing pages and websites
• Deploy websites to production
• Optimize code for performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug code and participate in code reviews and unit testing
• Integrate marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRMs with our website and applications using APIs
• Implement SEO / SEM best practices through technical optimizations on the server-side and front-end
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, including marketing automation tools
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and inform marketing strategies
• A / B test different marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns for better performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Language skills: fluency in English is a must
• 2 years of experience in full-stack web development
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with writing database queries
• Working knowledge of APIs and experience with API integration
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts like SEO, PPC, and social media marketing
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies in both development and digital marketing
