Job Purpose :

  • Drive sustainable growth and profitability in the Spanish market (AFH / Industry / Retail).
  • Ensure all potential and profitable sales opportunities are maximized.
  • Develop strong relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Expand market position with a focus on category leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Business Planning & Follow-Up :
  • Develop and implement business plans focusing on growth and efficiency.
  • Contribute to overall business strategy and execution.
  • Manage local pricing, discounts, and trade investments.
  • Set detailed sales and financial targets.
  • Oversee demand planning and business forecasting.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy :
    • Maximize business opportunities and retailer listings to build a strong market position.
    • Manage local assortment, product launches, promotions, and category development.
    • Initiate and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers.
    • Take an active leadership role in sales negotiations and key account management.
  • Leadership & Organization Development :
    • Lead and develop the sales team to meet evolving market needs.
    • Ensure the team is resourced and structured for maximum profitability.
    • Foster collaboration across teams and uphold leadership principles.
  • Operational Excellence :
    • Drive efficiency in processes and cost optimization.
    • Manage controllable costs and optimize the value chain.
    • Incorporate accurate forecasting into business planning.

    Required Skills & Experience :

    • Ideally 10 years’ experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in Food FMCG.
    • Strong background in key account management and business growth strategies.
    • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • University degree in business administration or equivalent.
    • Fluent in Spanish and English.
