Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and presales teams to analyze customer needs and validate the technical and financial feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Allocate resources to customer orders during the service delivery stage and maintain updated project trace files.
- Organize project kick-off meetings involving sales, technical teams, and external partners.
- Present project objectives, proposed solutions, timelines, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery to meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate internal (e.g., Network teams, regional project managers) and external resources (local or remote partners).
- Ensure timely communication with clients on project progress and resolve escalations effectively.
- Manage transitions between project phases, ensuring accurate documentation for NOC and operational teams.
- Oversee equipment configuration, supplier coordination, and customer site installations.
- Support customers during migrations and provide technical guidance to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle troubleshooting, resolve technical issues within contractual SLAs, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Assist with ICT tender processes, evaluate technical solutions, and provide expert advice to support sales.
- Collaborate with network engineers on-site or remotely as needed and contribute to after-sales service.
Process Optimization & Feedback:
- Identify challenges during service delivery and provide feedback to improve presales and project processes.
- Evaluate and enhance partner performance to align with project goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in the ICT or telecommunications industry, with proven experience in project management.
- Strong technical background in telecommunications and familiarity with ICT solutions and industry trends.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and workflow coordination.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work in multicultural environments.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Chinese is mandatory.
