Job Description:

The Green Recruitment Company is in search of a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join the industrial self-consumption EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) sales services team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of renewable energy solutions and a proven track record in selling complex engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial sector for self-consumption projects.
  2. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing contracts.
  3. Deliver sales presentations and technical proposals to potential clients.
  4. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client expectations.
  5. Maintain long-term relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact.
  6. Prepare sales reports and market forecasts for management.
  7. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company's services.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in EPC project sales, preferably in the renewable energy or industrial sector.
  3. Deep knowledge of self-consumption and renewable energy solutions.
  4. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Availability to travel as needed.
  7. Advanced level of English (preferred).
