Industrial engineer - MTM expert

Tasks

1. Lead the deployment of MTM-UAS methodology across all relevant production sites to standardize work measurement and labor assessment, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
2. Define MTM standards, establishing a structured approach to process optimization.
3. Conduct labor productivity analysis.
4. Train and coach cross-functional teams on MTM methodologies, driving knowledge transfer and organizational capability.
5. Conduct time and motion studies to validate efficiency improvements and optimize assembly processes.
6. Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track MTM implementation success and identify areas for improvement.
7. Ensure compliance with ergonomic and efficiency standards, enhancing workforce productivity while maintaining safety.

Profile

1. Bachelor / Master degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
2. Certified in MTM-UAS with proven expertise in MTM methodologies and software tools.
3. Knowledge of REFA Methodology.
4. 2-4 years of experience in time and motion studies.
5. Project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional initiatives.
6. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ergonomics is a plus.
7. Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
8. Ability to travel.
