Job Summary : With direct report to the India HR Director, the India HR Manager is located in India (Bangalore) and responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of HR operations, including Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, International and Domestic Mobility, Labour Compliance, Personnel Administration, and HRMS. This role manages and ensures the smooth execution of HR policies, regulatory compliance, and seamless HR service delivery to support business objectives. Additionally, this role will lead and coordinate a team of 15 HR professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with business needs. Availability to travel or be relocated to Chennai & Mumbai.

Key Competencies & Skills : Strong knowledge of payroll management and benefits administration. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements. Experience in handling international employee mobility. Proficiency in HRMS and digital HR tools. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and efficiency. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Goal-oriented and hands-on mindset. Adaptable and cooperative in dynamic team environments.
Qualifications & Experience : Availability to live in India on a stable basis. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree in Human Resources. Minimum 10 years of HR experience. Experience in managing multi-location HR operations in a multinational environment preferred.
