We are seeking a CS Implementation Specialist to join our team!
Please note that this position is temporary for 7 months (ML replacement).
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with implementation of Rentals United products and services.
- Giving users detailed account directions.
- Recording and solving customer problems and queries.
- Understanding customer business.
- Enabling connection to the different OTAs.
- Providing advisory on OTAs, services, and products.
- Reading reports and providing simple recommendations on how to improve ROI and expand OTA visibility.
- Providing full information and access to new features and add-ons offered by RU.
- Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with key clients.
- Establishing and maintaining active and constructive relationships with other teams in the organization to achieve better results.
- Taking feedback from customers and sharing it with support teams.
- Working with different CRM systems (Data Studio & Hubspot) and organizing daily records to keep track of the full management cycle.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency in English + second language at a business level (Spanish, French, Italian).
- Technical background - understanding of SaaS products.
- Self-managed, customer and business-oriented.
- Good understanding of current and future business goals.
- Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentation.
- Experience with CRM systems (previous work with Hubspot is a plus).
- Organized with daily records.
- This position is temporary (7 months).
Additionally (nice to have):
- 2 years of knowledge in selling SaaS solutions, doing account/support with B2B/B2C clients, and selling e-commerce solutions.
- Understanding of the Vacation Rental Business, Property Management Software, Vacation Rental Sites, or Online Travel Agencies.
