Job Description
Oversee all aspects of planning, reporting, forecasting, and quota management for the sales function.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of sales insights and reporting for leadership and regional teams.
Manage and mentor a team of 6 Sales Operations professionals.
Drive skill development within the team to master internal tools, enabling effective support for the sales organization.
Serve as a key liaison with global teams to identify and implement tools and process improvements.
Optimize and simplify sales processes to drive efficiency and productivity across the organization.
Promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and buy-in from stakeholders across departments.
Identify opportunities to implement automation tools to streamline workflows.
Ensure that the internal sales handbook & documentation is up to date.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform the decision-making process for the global sales organization.
Develop performance metrics to measure and improve activities that drive sales productivity.
Design and oversee effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the sales team.
Implement ongoing coaching, training, and development initiatives to support learning and growth.
Partner with the SVP of the region and regional Sales Directors to define annual sales goals.
Support day-to-day execution to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and targets.
Analyze and recognize trends in sales data to refine operational models and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with finance on sales compensation planning and ensure territory alignment.
Develop and enforce policies to maintain high data quality across systems.
Collaborate with leaders from Customer Success, Account Management, Billing, and other global teams to align strategies and improve sales processes.
Act as a bridge between regional and global functions to ensure consistent communication and alignment.
Provide operational support for all sales activities to help achieve team and company-wide targets.
Continuously identify and address challenges to enable sales success.
Definition of commission model and administrative support related to commissions when needed.
