The Opportunity

Are you an expert in Employee Experience & People Analytics? Do you have hands-on experience in designing Continuous Listening Strategies for large organizations? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you!

Our client is undergoing a major transformation in Employee Listening, shifting from traditional engagement surveys to a real-time, automated listening approach. As an Employee Continuous Listening Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing this strategy on a global scale.

Your Role :

• Assess & Benchmark: Analyze current listening mechanisms and compare with leading industry practices.
• Develop a Strategy: Define a robust Continuous Listening roadmap for the global workforce.
• Recommend Technologies: Evaluate tools such as Qualtrics, Workday, and propose the best-fit solutions.
• Plan the Implementation: Define the rollout strategy, risk assessments, and performance KPIs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior HR leaders and IT teams to align expectations.
• Executive Presentation: Deliver a high-level strategic report to the leadership team.

Ideal Candidate :

• 5+ years of experience in Employee Experience, Continuous Listening, or People Analytics.
• Hands-on knowledge of Qualtrics, Workday, or similar employee feedback tools.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.
• Fluent English (mandatory), Spanish or French (nice to have).
