Job Overview : We are seeking a talented and driven Mobile User Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive our growth and expand our reach worldwide by developing strategic user acquisition campaigns. You will play a critical role in aligning with cross-functional teams, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring ROI maximization through innovative strategies.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic user acquisition campaigns across various mobile platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize user growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and analytics to align on goals and deliver results.
  • Ensure ROI maximization by leveraging internal and external tools to effectively measure and analyze performance.
  • Provide creative testing to identify and implement effective strategies.
  • Offer design guidance to enhance ad performance and user engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep our strategies cutting-edge.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other innovative techniques to continually refine our approach.

Qualifications :

  • At least 3 years of experience in a mobile user acquisition role.
  • Experience managing user acquisition for more than one product at a time.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other mobile ad networks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience with web to app funnels is preferred, with an understanding of their impact on user acquisition strategies.
