Join our HR Team at our Location in Alcala de Henares – we are responsible for design, deployment and execution of HR capabilities in the areas of HR operations, Talent Management, Strategic Workforce Planning, Employee Engagement and Communications. The role will report to the HR Director EMEA and work closely with country and local HR managers to tailor processes and standards to the employee groups in each area, balancing global standards & leading practices with local norms. To strengthen our HR team in the IBERIA region, we are looking for an HR Manager - Iberia (m / f / d) with the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR function for the IBERIA region, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership and business units.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee engagement and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee and implement the organization structure across our departments in the Iberia region.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Extensive background in shared services, including the establishment and management of service centers, with a strong focus on HR Services.
  • Several years of experience in a leading HR management role, with a focus on HR operations and HR services.
  • Experience in employment laws, regulations and labor relations.
  • Previous experience in a multinational company, with complex structures.
  • Knowledge of HR Transformation and Change Management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently, to partner with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated communication skills with an understanding of how to effectively communicate change, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
