HR Generalist Spain (M/F)

Your mission

As our first HR Generalist in Spain, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong company culture while ensuring smooth HR operations locally. You'll be the main point of contact for our Spanish employees while working closely with our global HR team based in France.

HR Operations (40%)

1. Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new Spanish employees
2. Handle employment contracts, internship agreements, and HR documentation
3. Handle employee benefits (meal vouchers, sport pass, etc.)
4. Maintain employee data accuracy in our HRIS (Socle RH)
5. Coordinate with our payroll provider Aselain to prepare our monthly payroll
6. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations

Workplace Management (20%)

1. Oversee the Barcelona office operations
2. Implement and maintain Lucca's culture and rituals locally
3. Manage office logistics and ensure a great working environment
4. Organize team events and activities

HR Business Partnership (20%)

1. Provide day-to-day HR support to Spanish employees and managers
2. Support career development discussions and performance management
3. Handle sensitive situations and conflict resolution
4. Participate in talent reviews and succession planning

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (10%)

1. Act as local relay for recruitments organized by the global team (logistics, candidate reception, participation in interviews when necessary)
2. Adapt and implement locally the global employer branding strategy
3. Manage relationships with local schools and universities
4. Represent Lucca at recruitment events

Learning & Development (5%)

1. Identify local training needs and coordinate with global L&D team
2. Ensure compliance with local training requirements
3. Support the organization of training sessions in Barcelona

Compensation & Benefits (5%)

1. Contribute to local market benchmarking
2. Support the implementation of global C&B strategies locally
3. Monitor local benefits programs

Note: you should be ready to come to Paris on a regular basis.

Your profile

1. You have a Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
2. You have minimum of 2 years of HR experience in Spain. Experience in a tech/SaaS company is a plus.
3. You have knowledge of Spanish employment law.
4. You have strong organizational skills and high level of rigor.
5. You have problem-solving abilities.
6. You have excellent interpersonal skills.
7. You have a proactive and autonomous mindset.
8. You have a strong team spirit.
9. You have good adaptation skills.
10. You are fluent in English and Spanish, and a basic understanding of Catalan and French is a plus.

3. Step 3: Case study followed by an interview with global HR team members (60')
4. Step 4: Final Talk (with Spanish team members and Country Manager) (45')
