The Role Overview:

Our client, a pioneering and fast-growing deep-tech company, is looking to add a dynamic People Generalist to their team in Malaga. With a strong commitment to creating a collaborative and empowering work environment, this role presents a fantastic opportunity to shape the employee experience, streamline people processes, and drive engagement across the business.

The HR Generalist will:

1. Lead onboarding and offboarding processes in Spain, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees.
2. Own HR data management, ensuring accuracy within the HRIS and generating key reports to drive process improvements.
3. Oversee compliance with local employment laws and company policies, keeping documentation updated and secure.
4. Partner with Finance to support payroll administration and resolve any payroll-related issues promptly.
5. Serve as a key point of contact for employees generalist People support.

Essential Skills:

1. Proven experience in People Operations or HR, with strong knowledge of onboarding, data management, compliance, and employee engagement.
2. A proactive problem-solver, able to implement innovative solutions to meet business needs.
3. Strong relationship-building skills to foster collaboration and trust across the organisation.
4. A meticulous eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
5. Fluency in English and Spanish; French or Italian is a plus.
