HR Business Partner - Madrid

ISG is seeking a proactive and collaborative HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Madrid. In this key role, you will report directly to the Country Director and work closely with teams across different countries to support business growth and operational excellence through effective HR coordination and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to the business, ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and organizational goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams across countries to streamline and improve HR processes and approaches.
• Support talent management activities, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, performance development, and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership and regional teams to promote consistency and efficiency in HR practices.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and propose improvements proactively.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
• Contribute to regional HR projects and support cross-border HR collaboration.
• Provide day-to-day support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Occasionally travel to other ISG offices to build relationships and support project implementation.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an HRBP, HR generalist, or HR coordination role, ideally in an international context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently.
• Comfortable working in a cross-cultural, multilingual environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
