Job Description:

1. Critical: 5+ years’ experience in Fenergo and FenX (cloud version of Fenergo).
2. Critical: Good English and communication skills.
3. Critical: Willing to relocate to Poland.
4. Important: Knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer), Regulatory and Compliance, banking.

Job Contents:

1. Review and analyze the client onboarding process.
2. Technical analyst for KYC Regulatory & Compliance team in SCIB, supporting the IT ecosystem.
3. Configuration, maintenance, and support of the CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) workflows in Fenergo SAAS application.
4. Implementation of client-specific integrations.
5. Data migration from the downstream systems.
6. Support end-user/testing team with issues related to the SCIB CLM technical ecosystem.
7. Development and support of automated testing scripts for the KYC platform.
8. Support and execution of deployments and assist in the transition of the system to live environments.
9. Collaborating with the Vendor support team.
10. Collaborating with team and support with different aspects from tackling complex configuring issues and database queries.
