Are you naturally charming, persuasive, and confident on the phone? Do you know how to turn interest into trust and trust into sales? Nomadu is on the lookout for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to connect with high-net-worth buyers exploring luxury second-home co-ownership.

This isn’t your typical sales job — it’s about building relationships and guiding clients through a high-value decision (from 100.000€). If you’ve got the personality and sales instincts to match, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do :

  • Set appointments and qualify warm inbound leads (no cold calling!)
  • Present a premium real estate co-ownership model with clarity and confidence
  • Build trust with potential buyers and guide them through the buying journey
  • Work remotely (Hours: European Standard Time)

What We're looking for :

  • Fluent Spanish & English (additional languages = big plus!)
  • 1+ year in high-ticket phone sales – insurance, real estate, luxury, SaaS, finance, etc. (optional)
  • A natural ability to connect with people – friendly, relatable, confident
  • Strong closer mindset – persuasive, sharp, and fast on your feet
