Join our team at Ria Money Transfer as a Help Desk Technician and take on a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our web system. As a dedicated Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for various critical tasks, including setting up new agents, addressing technical inquiries through our call center and email ticketing system, and performing essential installations to ensure optimal equipment functionality. Your expertise in diagnosing and resolving software-related issues is crucial for maintaining the reliability of our Web System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up new agents.
  • Answer technical requests through the call center and email ticketing.
  • Perform installations of all requirements needed by the web system to operate both new agents' equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical software issues presented by the agents to guarantee the operability of the Web System.
  • Manage Windows Operating System and its tools effectively.
  • Install PCs and peripherals (scanners, printers, etc.) with excellent skills.
  • Communicate in German or French (oral and written); other languages are a plus.
