Job Description:

Mission: Ensure and define the image of the physical store globally, including both the interior and window displays, ensuring the company's standards and style are met.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the Visual team and window dressers to ensure a uniform presentation across all sales points.
2. Draft visual assembly procedures for the point of sale and other teams.
3. Plan and develop commercial campaigns and special promotions for all sales points (development of signage, window displays, campaign photo orders, and on-time store deliveries).
4. Control and manage the department's annual budget.
5. Search for new suppliers to improve quality/price.
6. Develop new furniture based on store needs.
7. Maintain constant communication and a close relationship with all involved departments.
8. Manage campaign materials.

Education and Experience:

1. Higher education related to business management and/or fashion.
2. At least 5 years of experience in similar positions related to point of sale and team coordination is required.
3. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
