We are looking for a visionary leader to head this hub, build strong partnerships, and drive technological innovation.

Your Role – Lead, Innovate & Inspire

As the Head of Software Innovation Hub, you will:

• Establish and lead our Software Innovation Hub in Málaga, building a strong foundation for digital excellence.
• Develop strategic partnerships with universities, tech companies, and industry experts to foster collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee and optimize operational processes to ensure the hub’s growth and efficiency.
• Inspire and lead a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Represent the hub in global initiatives, conferences, and digital transformation projects.
• Provide strategic insights and report progress to senior management.

Your Profile – What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational leadership in a technology-driven environment, ideally in software development or automation.
• Strong networking and communication skills to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for digital transformation, AI, and automation technologies.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (German is a plus).
• Experience working with German companies or international organizations is beneficial.
