Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving growth and excellence? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Head of Sales and Services, Region SAMER. In this pivotal role, you will be the principal representative of our Service Business Line commercial organization in your assigned geography.

The role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the region's sales growth strategy mainly for Service business, in conjunction with the Regional Service Line Managers. Collaboration and accountability are critical drivers to achieve results and develop our culture.

Your responsibilities

Strategic & Financial Leadership: Develop and execute regional sales strategies in alignment with our corporate vision, driving commercial growth, overseeing sales plans, and ensuring financial health through revenue oversight, cost management, and asset optimization.

Customer & Market Engagement: Serve as the primary interface with customers, building and managing customer relationships and account plans. Act as Executive Sponsor and monitor industry trends. Build strategic relations with customers and provide lifecycle service solutions.

Sales & Business Development: Key business development within region and intra-region interface in conjunction with relevant Business Lines.

People & Performance Management: Build and develop high-performing teams, manage salesforce deployment, and promote safety and inclusion. Oversee accounts receivable and organizational development.

Drive collaboration in a global environment ensuring to implement in SAMER the global Service operating model.

What you bring

15 years of work experience in the Mining Industry, Construction or similar, and 8 years leading work teams within the industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to function in an international matrix organization.

Advanced English (spoken and written).
