Role Overview :

The Head of Sales at Infloww will be responsible for building and leading our sales function, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who has experience building and scaling a SaaS sales teams. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in selling SaaS solutions, managing high-performing sales teams, and developing scalable processes and strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to drive revenue growth across agencies and enterprise clients.
  • Establish a strong sales pipeline, define sales KPIs, and optimize processes to maximize conversions and customer lifetime value.
  • Align sales efforts with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive strategies.
  • Set aggressive yet achievable sales targets and oversee performance to meet our revenue goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Utilize high touch and low touch sales models to cater to different customer segments.

Team Building & Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor a world-class sales team, including Account Executives and SDRs.
  • Build a sales culture that fosters accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Create incentive structures that align with company growth and individual contributions.
  • Own and accelerate revenue growth through a strategic mix of inbound and outbound sales initiatives, along with expansion revenue opportunities.
  • Close high-value deals and manage sales cycles with enterprise clients.
  • Develop and refine sales playbooks, objection-handling guides, and pitch materials.
  • Establish and optimize sales processes and automation tools to improve efficiency.
  • Utilize Hubspot and Intercom to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.

High-Touch Customer Onboarding & White-Glove Service

  • Assist top-tier customers with onboarding to ensure a seamless transition and early success with the platform.
  • Provide personalized support to build long-term relationships and establish trust. Maintain engagement with key customers even after the sale is completed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to identify opportunities for upsells and expansions.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to high-value clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring they maximize the value of Infloww’s solutions.

Reporting and Analysis :

  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, address issues, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, including market expansions, upsells, and partnerships.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product team to enhance product-market fit and inform roadmap decisions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to refine sales tactics accordingly.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Experience & Background

  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within a high-growth SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and scaling high double-digit ARR SaaS businesses.
  • Experience hiring, leading, and managing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, particularly in mid-market and enterprise deals.
