The role

We are looking for a Finance operations intern to assist our FinOps team. This role would suit someone who is currently studying or has recently completed their studies in Logistics (or similar), and is looking to gain practical experience at a growing international company.

Responsibilities

• Review Carrier documents to be compliance with internal and external regulation
• Partner with product and tech teams to highlight any issues
• Communicate by emails and phone with carriers and shippers to assess their queries
• Partner with Fleet and Capacity teams to unblock carrier's acquisition
• Support for the activation of carrier accounts

Requirements

• Currently studying any administrative / financial field
• Available for a 6-month internship in Madrid, during 5 hours per day (from Monday to Friday)
• Work experience in an administrative role would be a definite plus
• Proactive with a strong capacity to self-motivate
• Hands-on attitude: no job is too big or too small
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent Spanish with an advanced level of English language skills. Other EU languages, French is a plus.
