About your role
We seek a collaborative, knowledgeable, passionate, and impactful Head of Lead Qualification Europe to join our Madrid-based pan-European Sales team. This is a brand new role in which you play a crucial part in driving our company's sales process by leading the pre-sales team. You will establish best practices and unlock tremendous business value in supporting the sales team in securing new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading and managing the Pre-Sales team for Otovo's 13 markets, setting objectives, providing guidance and support, and ensuring the team operates effectively to achieve targets.
  2. Developing pre-sales tactics and processes in alignment with the overall sales and business objectives.
  3. Establishing, training, and coaching of our Pre-Sales Team based in Madrid.
  4. Monitoring and analyzing pre-sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, contact speed, pipeline coverage, and customer satisfaction, and taking corrective actions as needed to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
  5. Collaborating with Pre-Sales Managers to engage with prospective customers during the pre-sales process.
  6. Working closely with the local Sales & Marketing teams across Europe and customers to understand their needs and requirements, and designing customized solutions or proposals that meet those requirements.
  7. Being an integral member of the pan-European Sales leadership team, helping to shape and deliver the overall Sales strategy.

Who you are:
- You have 4 years or more of proven experience in leading Sales Teams, preferably pre-sales or technical sales.
- You are familiar with B2C sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, solution design, and closing deals.
- You are analytical, organized, and team-centric.
- You have the ability to lead by example and collaborate across teams and countries.
- You are fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
- You are a builder at heart, excited to build new capabilities, processes, and tools, delivering value.
- You consistently pursue your goals and align with relevant KPIs.
