We are looking for a Head of Performance to join REVEL.
This is a key role in driving business growth and profitability. The primary responsibility is to lead performance marketing strategies to acquire and retain users efficiently, maximizing return on investment (ROI) across digital channels and ensuring business objectives are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategy for Performance Marketing :
Design and execution of user acquisition strategies: Create digital campaigns focused on attracting new customers (consumers, restaurants, and couriers).
Optimization of the conversion funnel: Ensure campaigns impact every stage of the funnel, from acquisition to conversion and retention.
Defining KPIs: Establish clear metrics such as CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend), LTV (Lifetime Value), and CR (Conversion Rate).
Management of Digital Channels :
Pay-per-click (PPC): Oversee campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and affiliate networks.
Social media paid ads: Manage investments in advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Display and programmatic ads: Implement programmatic advertising strategies to reach specific audiences.
App marketing: Optimize campaigns in the App Store (ASO) and mobile channels to increase downloads and retention.
Remarketing: Implement strategies to recover inactive users and reduce churn rates.
Data Analysis and Reporting :
Data-driven optimization: Analyze campaign performance in real-time to adjust investments and maximize results.
Attribution and measurement: Implement multi-channel attribution models to evaluate how different channels and tactics interact.
Reporting automation: Design dashboards to provide clear visibility to stakeholders on marketing performance.
Budget and ROI Management :
Budget allocation: Decide how to distribute advertising investment across different channels and campaigns.
Maximizing ROI: Ensure every dollar invested generates maximum business impact.
Cost control: Identify areas where CPA can be reduced or ROAS improved.
Innovation and Experimentation :
Close collaboration with Growth Team: A/B testing: Experiment with different creatives, audiences, and segmentation strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
New channels: Explore emerging trends and platforms (e.g., influencers, TikTok Ads) to stay competitive.
Advertising technology: Implement advanced automation tools, such as artificial intelligence or optimization algorithms.
Launching in new markets: Define digital marketing strategies to gain share in emerging markets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration with internal teams :
Manage a team of 6 people divided in 2 areas (CRM and Acquisition). Coordinate strategies with both marketing teams to tailor campaigns to specific needs.
Product and UX: Align efforts to optimize the customer experience on the app or website.
Business Intelligence: Work with analysts to gain key insights that improve decision-making.
Retention and Loyalty :
Retention strategies: Create specific campaigns to increase the order frequency of existing users.
Promotions and discounts: Design and test incentives to boost conversions and transaction volumes.
Personalization: Implement strategies based on behavioral data to offer unique user experiences.
Leadership and Development :
Team management: Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Training and coaching: Develop skills within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Expertise in performance marketing (PPC, social ads, app marketing, programmatic).
Budget management (CPA, ROAS optimization).
Excel at strategy development, cross-channel integration, stakeholder collaboration, and team leadership.
Problem-solving, adaptability, customer-centric thinking, and staying updated on marketing trends.
Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Tag Manager, Adjust, and automation platforms is essential.
Fluency in English is a plus.
