Principal Writer – Pharma Advertising

About the Role

• Develop compelling, native-language copy for a range of pharma and healthcare marketing materials.
• Lead and inspire creative teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with brand and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, and client service teams to craft impactful campaigns.
• Adapt and refine messaging to resonate with healthcare professionals across multiple markets.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Spanish and professional level of English (both written and spoken) – ability to create and edit high-quality pharma content in Spanish is a must.
• Minimum 3+ years in healthcare / pharma advertising, within an agency environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing HCP-focused work, including sales aids, websites, emails, and other promotional materials.
• Deep understanding of pharma regulations and ability to work within compliance guidelines.
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
