About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to grow professionally while contributing to the success of our company. You'll collaborate closely with our local finance teams as well as the CEO/COO, to lead the finance operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Day-to-day support accounting and financial statements of Nature Re Capital AG, Switzerland, as well as other group entities (Spain & Colombia)
2. Budget Projections and Cash Flow Management in relation to all group entities
3. Support in structuring and implementation of group transfer pricing policy
4. Support and management of audit processes

Required Skills:

1. Certified accountant with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
2. Experience in the investment management/finance industry
3. Self-starter with problem solving skills and ease to work in an international environment
4. Experience in managing a small team
5. Proficiency in English & Spanish
6. Based in Valencia/Spain (Spanish citizen or relevant work permit)

Desired Skills (Not Mandatory):

1. Working knowledge of German is a plus.
2. Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
