We are looking for a highly organized, outgoing, and goal-oriented regional recruitment manager to represent EU Business School in the Europe Region.
The aim is to increase student recruitment to EU Business School through existing as well as new channels, which need to be explored and developed.
You will be tasked with prospecting, generating leads, overseeing commercialization, ensuring the final enrolment of students from the designated region, and meeting sales goals.
You will be joining a young, international student recruitment team that is based in Barcelona.
Reporting to a Senior Regional Manager for the region, you will also work closely with the admissions, academics, and career services departments in a highly varied and fast-paced role.

Strategic analysis of the opportunities in the assigned countries.
Building and maintaining relationships with regional agents and partner institutions.
International School focus to increase direct student recruitment.
You will need to show a proven ability to work independently, identify opportunities for growth and build international relationships in a diverse range of markets and surroundings. In addition, you will have to work well within a large, diverse international sales team.
