Head of Account Management
BettingJobs is working with a dynamic and innovative game development studio specialising in creating top-quality, mobile-optimised online casino games. With a passion for gaming and a commitment to pushing boundaries, they are looking for a Head of Account Management to help push the boundaries of entertainment in the iGaming space.

You’ll lead a team of 10 Account Managers/Senior Account Managers, building and growing relationships with key customers. If you are a great leader, a strategic thinker with a passion for relationship building, a commercial focus, and a love for games, this is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our client's ambitious growth in the coming years.

Location: Remote/hybrid ideally in Malta. Also - UK, Spain, Poland, or Gibraltar. Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Leading a high-performing team of (currently) 10 Account Managers and Senior Account Managers.
  2. Defining, implementing, and leading on an Account Management strategy going into 2025.
  3. Contributing to the wider Commercial Strategy, working closely with our new business and marketing leads.
  4. Developing trusting relationships with customers to understand, support, and act on their business needs.
  5. Instilling data-driven decision-making in your team, using agreed metrics to manage account performance.
  6. Identifying opportunities to optimise accounts and being accountable for revenues.
  7. Driving and maximising revenues via our existing game catalogue and extensive 2025 games roadmap.
  8. Building strong relationships with relevant internal stakeholders, coordinating marketing requirements and launch planning with our Head of Game Delivery.
  9. Being an ambassador for the company, the first point of contact for assigned customers, and representing the company at industry and other relevant events.
  10. Supporting the team with training and best practice guidance.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  1. Proven B2B account management experience in iGaming, with success in managing key accounts and delivering significant business growth in regulated markets.
  2. Excellent knowledge of the iGaming industry, trends, products, and markets supported by an extensive client network.
  3. An experienced team manager and inspirational leader who can support, motivate, and develop our growing AM team.
  4. A confident decision maker, taking responsibility and accountability for the performance of your team.
  5. Ability to build and execute strategies with an analytical mindset to interpret data.
  6. A proactive approach and a go-getter attitude.
  7. A team player mindset.
