About the Role:

The Hardware Technician will be responsible for facilitating the availability of Business System’s Technical infrastructure to internal customers by monitoring, implementing, and supporting IT Infrastructure, primarily Windows Authentication and Desktop support in accordance with the needs of the business and hardening security in hardware by adhering to security policy, procedures, and standards during the installation of IT equipment.

Requirements:

• Should hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in any relevant field.
• Monitor the availability of all IT services and escalate to second level support whenever necessary.
• Record known problems and experience in Helpdesk software for future reference.
• Deliver MS Operating System and Office product support.
• Monitor and ensure Anti-Virus pattern updates.
• Should be a good team player.
