Entrepreneurship Program Manager (Spanish and French-speaking)

In 8 years, Bridge has grown to a team of over 60 people from nearly 20 nationalities, with headquarters in Madrid, an emerging LatAm HQ in Antigua, Guatemala, and team members based in various locations worldwide.
JOB MISSION
The Bridge for Billions Program Manager is responsible for managing programs from A to Z, including the design and planning phase, program launch, entrepreneur and mentor scouting, program experience, and closing (obtaining business plans and potential pitch days). The Program Manager ensures that participants in Bridge for Billions' various programs, as well as clients, have the best possible experience by identifying client needs, delivering appropriate solutions, gathering feedback, and improving processes and communication.
As a Program Manager at Bridge for Billions, you will collaborate with our Sales, Customer Success, Program Management, Marketing, and Product teams to design and execute global programs for our B2B clients. This role will primarily manage programs with Spanish-speaking clients in Spain and other key clients in Europe, mostly managed in French and English. Experience and knowledge about the Spanish ecosystem and a professional level of French will be positively valued.
