Since our public release in September 2023, we have experienced incredible traction growing from 0 to 15M+ users. As we grow, our goal is to keep enhancing existing key features as well as developing new exciting functionalities (group chat, AI chat & phone calls in local languages, video calls, AI video generation, AR/VR, etc.).

Our Team
We are an enthusiastic, passionate, and hardworking team of 40 people. Our founding team has strong entrepreneurial experience building and scaling web products from 0 to IPO.

Your Role

Reporting directly to Thomas, CMO/Co-founder, this is what you'll do:

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management and Optimization
    Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat Ads, and direct media buys. Manage campaigns on ad networks such as Exoclick, TrafficJunky, TrafficStars, and Adsterra, with the option to train in adult-specific channels if applicable. Continuously improve campaign performance through A/B testing, targeting refinements, and budget allocation strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other advanced analytics platforms. Generate comprehensive performance reports and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Creative and Strategy Development
    Test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and new formats based on performance metrics and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Data, Product) to align advertising strategies with broader company objectives.
  • Partnership and Growth Development
    Build and maintain relationships with publishers, ad networks, and other partners to secure favorable placements and negotiate optimal terms. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging opportunities, and platform policy changes to adapt strategies effectively.
  • Automation and Compliance
    Leverage automation tools to enhance campaign management and streamline operations.
