Growth Marketing Specialist

A well-established organization is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee financial operations for its Spanish entities. This role involves managing a team of four accounting professionals, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Spanish GAAP, and optimizing accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of four accounting professionals.
2. Oversee general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
3. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with IFRS and Spanish GAAP.
4. Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights for decision-making.
5. Manage audits, liaise with external auditors, and ensure regulatory compliance.
6. Maintain and strengthen internal controls to mitigate risks.
7. Drive process improvements and enhance efficiency using SAP 4Hana.
8. Support management with financial data and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company.
3. Advanced level in SAP.
4. Experience in engineering, construction, or similar sector.
