This company has established Products in multiple countries across Europe and has successfully launched multiple new product lines within their customer-facing brands, positioning them to achieve their vision of creating innovative financial products.

This business is positioned for significant growth both in terms of headcount and customers over the next year. As a Growth Lead, you will have the autonomy to lead growth strategies and work as the CEO of your market to introduce customer-centric, responsible, and flexible lending and investment products.

Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate your experience developing and executing comprehensive growth marketing strategies.
2. Lead demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and offline activations.
3. Drive brand awareness, conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior, competitor landscape, and emerging trends.
4. Establish strategic partnerships with local influencers, media outlets, and organizations to amplify reach and credibility.

Qualifications:

1. Experience as a Senior Marketer, with a proven track record in performance marketing, brand building, and customer acquisition in a regulated industry.
2. Ability to manage multiple priorities and act like a CEO with an entrepreneurial mindset.
3. Experience in rapid experimentation and executing tests at pace.
