Description of the Department/Project:

In the Tendering Department, we offer you the opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions that address the most important challenges of our time: energy transition, digitization, and sustainability. We assess our customers on their journey of digitization and decarbonization by providing the most innovative technological solutions.

You will have the opportunity to grow in a diverse, inclusive & collaborative business environment thanks to the support of our top-level experts in all fields (technical, sales, project management, contract management, site management).

What will you do?

1. RFQ Analysis: Evaluate low to medium complexity RFQs, analyze requirements, and create proposals based on the appropriate Schneider Electric products and solutions.
2. Requirement Review: Analyze and clarify customer specifications to define the most suitable solution, working closely with technical and sales teams.
3. Technical Solution: Propose technical configuration, sizing, and cost estimation for proposed solutions.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial lead to understand opportunity requirements, scope, specifications, and needs, developing the customer request into a Schneider Electric offer that meets requirements in the most cost-effective manner.
5. Techno-Commercial Proposals: Build proposals using standard tools and processes, integrating validated data provided by technical and commercial support functions.
6. Cost Analysis: Prepare detailed cost analyses based on market competitiveness and value proposition.
7. Communication: Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in the process (Sales, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Purchasing) to obtain an optimized offer solution.

If you are:

1. A fresh graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering degrees.
2. Available to start a 1-year program in May 2025.
3. Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken. Portuguese will be a plus.
4. Open-minded, proactive behavior, innovative.
5. Good communication and influence skills.
6. Good social skills and strong teamwork spirit.
7. Digital Skills and Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power Automate, etc.
